Eligibility
a. This promotion is open to new and existing patients of Maine Dentistry.
b. To be eligible for entry into the raffle, participants must:
i. Sign up for a new Invisalign® treatment plan with Maine Dentistry.
ii. Pay for the entire Invisalign® treatment plan in full between July 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025, inclusive.
iii. Have their Invisalign® treatment plan deemed clinically suitable by a Maine Dentistry dentist.

Promotion Period
a. The promotion is valid for Invisalign® treatment plans signed up for and paid in full during the month of July 2025 (July 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025).

Raffle Details
a. All eligible individuals who meet the criteria in Section 1 will be automatically entered into a raffle.
b. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
c. The raffle drawing will take place on or before August 15, 2025.
d. The winner will be notified directly by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of signup. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days of the initial notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize
a. The prize is a refund equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the Invisalign® treatment plan paid in full by the winner.
b. The refund will be issued via check or another mutually agreed-upon method within 30 days of winner confirmation and verification.
c. The total value of the refund will not exceed 50% of the initial full payment for the Invisalign® treatment.

Invisalign® Treatment Specifics
a. The Invisalign® treatment plan, once paid in full, is valid for three (3) years from the date of initial payment.
b. This promotion does not include or cover the cost of a palatal expander or any other adjunctive dental or orthodontic treatment not explicitly part of the agreed-upon Invisalign® aligner therapy.
c. The winner will still be eligible for any standard bonus offers included with their Invisalign® package, such as professional whitening or ultrasonic cleaning, as outlined in their initial treatment agreement.

General Conditions
a. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or insurance benefits on the Invisalign® treatment cost itself, unless otherwise specified by Maine Dentistry.
b. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative except as stated for the refund.
c. Maine Dentistry reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions or acts fraudulently.
d. Maine Dentistry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion, for any reason.
e. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
f. All decisions made by Maine Dentistry regarding this promotion are final and binding.
